Bek and I have been really excited this year, about our new spring-water irrigation system. The stream that pops out at the base of the Greensand Ridge, in the middle of Loddington Farm where we grow our flowers, has been tapped to supply the orchards and our flower plot! How cool is that? I’m sure the flowers will love it too. Then, last week, we came up to the plot to find this (see pic). This 18m wind turbine has been put in by the farm to boost its electricity supply and to provide energy to sell back to the grid. It’s a really dramatic sight at the end of our flower plot. Silent, majestic and totally in line with our ethos. What’s next?
